My Ambition

My work is grounded in 3 beliefs: positive impact, people-first thinking, and continuous improvement.

These principles are the foundation of Nxtimpact, the company I founded in 2024 to support mission-driven businesses that want to grow, operate more effectively, and create meaningful impact.

My ambition is clear: to help 1 million companies fulfil their potential and build operations that support long-term prosperity.

It’s an ambitious goal, but meaningful progress is often achieved through bold aspirations. Through Nxtimpact, I want to empower others to pursue their own lofty ambitions.

Impact isn’t limited to large corporations. It happens when everyday businesses innovate, grow, and use their strengths to create change.

My job is to make that progress easier. I bring the clarity, structure and practical support that make ambitions achievable.

My Story

I began my career in my father’s logistics and transport company in my home country. Growing up around an entrepreneur was an invaluable experience. It taught me what ambition looks like, how to build trust and how important persistence is.

Leaving the family business to build my own path was one of the hardest decisions I’ve made, but for the last 20 years I have been fortunate to live and work in several different countries. That difficult decision opened the door to a global career across the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Europe. Every move shaped my resilience, adaptability, and curiosity, and continues to drive my commitment to learning and improving.

My multinational experience means I’ve worked with people at every level, from shop-floor operators to senior executives, supporting supply chain improvements, operational excellence, and complex system transformations.

Across industries and regions, one pattern stood out: real progress comes from changing the way organisations work day to day.

With every transformation I supported, I evolved as well, becoming more grounded, more people-focused, and more intentional in how I lead and support change.For the past 10 years I have called the Netherlands my home and where I began Nxtimpact. Since 2024, I’ve advised founders, SMEs, and established organisations on how to improve, scale, and build sustainable operations.
